Make a request

Open our contact form and choose “Remove my data / opt out of sale” to request removal or suppression of your professional record. For a copy, correction, or a question about the origin or use of your information, choose “Privacy, access or correction”.

Provide your name, the business email or company associated with the record, a reply address, and what you want us to do. Include only information needed to locate the record. Do not post your request or supporting documents publicly.

What happens next

We review the request, locate relevant records, and may ask for proportionate verification or proof that you can act for someone else. Applicable law determines response deadlines and any exceptions. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you can ask for an explanation and further review through the same form.

Removal from CFOLeads does not automatically remove information from an independent website or a customer’s existing systems. We assess any required notification or suppression steps under applicable law. Minimal suppression information may be retained to prevent the record from being reintroduced.
