Who we are and what we provide

CFOLeads provides downloadable business contact lists covering CFOs and related finance leaders. You can refine an audience by location, industry, company size, and other available filters. Our business address is 8476 Westheimer Road, Suite 392, Houston, TX 77063, USA.

These terms apply to our website, accounts, previews, and list orders. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the refund and delivery policies linked on this page. You must be an adult authorized to purchase for yourself or your organization.

Your account

Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your sign-in credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Understanding your list

A record may contain a name, job title, business email, company phone, company name, industry, website, location, and employee or revenue range. Not every field is populated on every record. Company phone numbers are not necessarily direct personal numbers.

Preview contact details are masked. Available records and unique email addresses are different measures; multiple records may share an email address. Displayed counts can change as data is updated. Review your selected filters and the order summary before paying.

We perform live email verification before delivery. This checks email validity; it does not establish consent to receive marketing or guarantee inbox placement, responses, sales, or the accuracy of every other field.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Standard custom-list pricing is $0.10 per unique email address, with a minimum purchase of 500 unique emails and a $50 minimum order. List totals are rounded to whole US dollars. A state estimate below $50 is not a standalone order meeting the minimum; combine locations or other criteria in the builder.

The final order summary must show the selected audience, quantity, price, and any applicable charges before you authorize payment. Purchases are one-time orders, not recurring subscriptions. Only payment methods actually available at checkout can be used.

Payment functionality that is unavailable or disabled cannot accept an order. We do not represent that any payment provider has approved or endorsed CFOLeads.

Delivery, cancellations, and invalid records

Lists are digital products; nothing is physically shipped. See our delivery policy for verification and fulfillment details, and our refund policy for cancellations and evidence-based claims. Confirmed invalid records qualify for replacement data or a proportional money refund. Those remedies are not removed by the limitations elsewhere in these terms.

License and responsible outreach

An order grants your organization a non-exclusive license to use the delivered data for lawful internal business research, sales, and marketing. You may not resell, publicly post, sublicense, or redistribute the list without our written permission. Service providers acting for your organization may only use it for that purpose under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Purchasing a list does not give you permission to contact every listed person. Determine whether your use is lawful in each relevant jurisdiction, honor objections and opt-outs, use accurate sender information, and provide any notices and unsubscribe mechanisms required by law. Respect your email or telephone service provider’s rules.

Do not use our data for harassment, fraud, discrimination, unlawful unsolicited communications, or decisions about credit, insurance, housing, employment eligibility, or other consumer-reporting purposes. Do not scrape protected areas, bypass access controls, or use another person’s credentials.

Availability and responsibility

Business details can change. Except for express commitments in your order and our refund policy, we do not guarantee completeness, uninterrupted website access, or a particular campaign outcome. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies.

We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. A restriction does not automatically cancel a valid refund or privacy request. CFOLeads and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, and software.

Questions, disputes, and updates

Use our contact form for order or terms questions and include your order reference where relevant. Contacting us does not waive your statutory rights or your right to raise a payment dispute. Mandatory laws applicable to a transaction remain in effect.

Changes will be published with an updated date. Changes to these terms do not retroactively reduce the refund or delivery commitments attached to an accepted order.
