This notice covers CFOLeads website visitors, account holders, customers, people who contact us, and individuals whose professional information appears in our business contact datasets. CFOLeads is located at 8476 Westheimer Road, Suite 392, Houston, TX 77063, USA. Use our contact form for privacy questions; an account or purchase is not required to submit a request.

Information you provide

Account and customer information includes your name, email address, company, account profile, billing details, selected audience filters, order information, and support correspondence. Contact-form submissions include the details and message you enter. Please do not submit payment card numbers or passwords through the contact form.

Website and service infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request logs, and authentication identifiers to operate and protect the service. Browser storage is described in our cookie and storage policy.

Professional information in our products

Our products contain professional contact and company information such as names, job titles, business email addresses, company phone numbers, company names, websites, industry classifications, business locations, and employee or revenue ranges. Some of these details identify an individual and can be personal information even when used for business purposes.

Dataset information is obtained separately from customer registration and contact-form submissions. Do not assume that being listed means a person has registered with CFOLeads or consented to your outreach. If you want information about a particular record or its origin, submit a privacy request so we can investigate that record.

Why we use information

We use customer information to manage accounts, prepare and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, investigate invalid-record claims, maintain transaction records, and protect the service. We use professional information to provide audience filtering, masked previews, list products, and pre-delivery email verification.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the processing activity and jurisdiction, including performance of a customer contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate business interests where permitted. Where consent is required, the relevant activity requires valid consent; this policy does not replace it.

Disclosure and sale of professional data

CFOLeads supplies professional contact data to paying business customers. That disclosure may be a sale of personal information under applicable privacy laws. We do not describe this activity as exempt simply because a contact is a business professional or the product is licensed.

Customers receiving list data are responsible for their own use and legal obligations. Our terms restrict resale and unlawful outreach. Separately, service providers process information for hosting, account authentication, data storage, verification, and other operational functions. The website uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure. Google reCAPTCHA is used on forms when configured.

A payment provider identified at checkout processes the payment information you provide to that provider under its own notice. We may retain transaction references and order status. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, protect rights, or respond to valid legal requests.

Retention, location, and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, order and accounting requirements, security needs, and applicable law. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove transaction records that must be retained. Limited suppression information may need to remain so that a removal request is not undone by a later data update.

Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Requirements for international transfers depend on the information and applicable law. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security; protect your account and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Privacy choices and individual rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; object to or restrict processing; or opt out of the sale of personal information. You can ask CFOLeads to remove or suppress your professional contact record through the contact form, including if you have never purchased from us.

Choose “Privacy, access or correction” or “Remove my data / opt out of sale”. Provide enough information to locate the record and describe your request. We may seek proportionate identity or authorization checks to protect against unauthorized disclosure or deletion. Do not send identity documents unless a secure method and a specific need have been explained.

We assess requests under applicable law, including response deadlines, exceptions, and any appeal rights. If we cannot grant a request, you may ask for the reason and a further review using the same form. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator. Exercising a privacy right does not require buying a list.

Children and changes

CFOLeads is intended for adults using business information, not for children. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted or included improperly.

We update this notice when our practices change and show the revised date here. This notice does not claim a blanket exemption from privacy laws or certification by a regulator.
